Up at 5:00 a.m., shower, then breakfast. After breakfast, it was back to the room for some last minute reading, emails, online news, etc.
Today is the first Friday for us; the final class day for week one. All has been better than well, thus far. Our schedules were altered for Fridays for this session. I believe that I understand the revised schedule (it alternates different classes every other Friday), but we'll see about that when I show up to my first class. Hopefully I am following it correctly and that I show up to the correct room and class.
Double wahoo! I made it to the right classes, today. It may not make sense to all, but our Friday schedule alternates classes every other Friday. It necessitates one to carry his or her schedule, in order that the right room and the right class can be found.
All was good today. Wait, let me change that. It was better than good. It was great! In my last class, Statement Analysis, five of us volunteered to participate in an exercise. We were 'interviewed' and the rest of the class analyzed our statement(s) (words) to determine if deception was present. 14 members of the class believed I was truthful. 10 members of the class believed that I was untruthful. I was untruthful and my reward was an FBI pin from the instructor. Sweet. Okay, we all got a pin, but it was a prize nonetheless. Since I did not get to go to the Tulsa State Fair this year, it was a great consolation prize.
After class I went to the gym and went into the strength training area and trained. Next week is intensive circuit training (cross fit style) and our first fitness challenge. I want to be somewhat prepared, so I am going to maintain training this weekend.
Dinner awaits...
